Looks like that hypnosis was effective! Fortunately for the gang, after this Shaggy and Scooby find out the crooked carnival owner's scheme and hypnotize him with his own teddy bears to return the money and turn himself in. Which just goes to show you...don't create any hypnotic technology that you don't have an immunity to.
