Found it from a manga which is far from complition. It is called Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku and MP accidetly subdued some bullies for a short time.

I found the source, and for more context, the main character has a skill that prevents him from forming parties, but in exchange, he can get minions. He didn't really know what that entailed, so when the girls asked to join his party, he agreed and they basically turned into mindless NPCs, following his orders and prioritizing his wellbeing instead of their own.

Why are tags being added like red and yellow eyes or translation request? This is already in english, and it’s not in color.

Weird, that's probably a site glitch that occurred when I tried to upload an image. It didn't go through and I wondered what went wrong.

About the possible MC, it appears to be some sort of MC, since the girls are really mindless, but they follow a specif pattern of actions like an NPC AI (a one kinda flawed too), not their "owner" true desire. The skill he used is called "Subjugate", but it's used, technically, only against monsters.

Wow, I really love this idea.
Makes me think twice about when non-main playable characters join the party in an RPG and they don't say much.
