I mean it does depend on where they live, kinda, here in New Zealand the AOC is 16, in the USA I think it's 21. (Or does it vary by state?) Point is it varies. Though 16 is probably the lowest sane number. And then it's always a safe bet after that to make sexually-active fictional characters 18, just in case.

If anyone is actually concerned, you have to be 18 to go to a love hotel, and nowhere in the text does it reference high school.
