Is there a way we can distinguish between somewhat-healthy levels of fat and "holy crap how is this person capable of moving" fat as far as tagging goes?

Maybe like with "long_hair" and "very_long_hair" and with "large_breasts" and "huge_breasts", we should have "chubby", "fat", and "morbidly_obese" for different levels of weight?
