To the flagger, I repeat: caption_only is a tag for a reason. As the text makes clear, this woman has a powerful aphrodisiac effect that drives men mad with lust whenever she presents even slightly sexually. Also, incidentally, this doesn't have a visual effect in the anime either.

No, the show makes it quite clear that her powers go well beyond mere chemicals or drugs and are blatantly supernaturally mind-altering. She can't even go to sleep in the presence of other people without instantly ero-blasting the dreams of every sleeping guy around her. Just touching a guy and putting him into a submission hold was enough to make him start basically screaming "harder, mommy!" in public. This is well within the range of things that are perfectly acceptable to post on a site that considers things like love potions acceptable content.
And Takahashi isn't immune, he's just able to (mostly, externally) resist it. But he's never seen her in a state like this before.
