1. Your previous manip was deleted because the mods here dislike text manips. Officially the reason given is "poor spelling", but there's only two spelling mistakes I can spot which is "easyer" instead of "easier" and "appened" instead of "happened". (Though, your last paragraph does also have some grammar issues. "Renounce to your will" is awkward and should probably just be "Renounce your will", and "Take place in my army" should probably be "Take your place in my army") Consider fixing those and reuploading it and see if it gets deleted again, but I wouldn't be surprised. It's not the first case where text manips have been deleted without a real reason and with no explanation. I hope you keep making them if you enjoy it. Also, try putting your text into something that can spellcheck in English first.

2. Loli/shota tags are based on visual appearance in the image. Kaguya looks young enough to qualify here to me. How old they are in source materials doesn't matter.
