Kayz groaned, her hand twitching slightly. Whether it was of her own accord, a dying twitch, or just the illithid accidentally stimulating her nervous system was up in the air. The thief had been clearing out a dark, dangerous cave, chasing after a rumor of a magical artifact hidden at the bottom. She had been doing quite well, right up until she had been ambushed by a group of mind flayers. She had managed to drop two of them, only for the third to come up behind her and latch onto her skull. Before she could raise any meaningful resistance, the monster was already hard at work. As her mental capacity drained away, it became harder and harder to fight back. The feline's adventure ended there, drooling and staring off blankly as her mind was used as nothing but a light meal, and her body a toy to grope and squeeze...
