I've said this before, but it remains true; you need to scale down before adding text. As it is, the images look fine in the auto-scaled version, but the text is unreadable. But when you view the full sized version, the images look horribly pixelated and are covered in jpg artifacts. The sharpness of the dialogue bubbles contrasts with it to make it look even more jarring as well.

Taking 3 seconds to scale it to 25% before adding the dialogue would make the piece look much cleaner, and you would still have plenty of room for your dialogue to fit. A higher resolution is not good when all it does is make the *flaws* easier to see.
