To address some questions, the chap behind most of these strange TF pics is a huge fan of Aigis (but sadly not the P3 girls), and is quite fond of /d/ style transformations.

I wouldn't expect these Aigis tfs to stop popping up soon.

(I can't really judge when most of my own commissions focus on the same couple of targets, too.)
