I'm pretty sure all this art was available free on Meru's tumblr before the porn purge. Meru wanted to step away from ABDL stuff and didn't reupload it all again so I'm guessing a fan saved everything to put it into a zip. As long as there aren't any patreon exclusive stuff it should be okay.

From what I was reading, this was her old links before they went dead and someone saved them and reuploaded the file dump. From the same piece on DA it said that meru was ok with people reuploading her art as long as the water mark is visible.
