So this part is actually animated in the game; the two sides pushing their breasts together as they try to get closer to the spiral between them at the player's urging. Which is why it looks a little choppier than most images from the game.

I am still concerned about Patreon's decision to crack down on hypno content. I haven't been hit yet but I am trying to move over to subscribestar before I do get hit. You can get early access to new content and high res art from my games there subscribestar.adult/changer

I've actually got to this part recently. The "miscellaneous-girl area-takeover" caps at 240, and at that point you'll have no choice but to try and initiate this scene. You have to break one side multiple times, because doing both at once will result in the two canceling out, and you need one of them to be weaker for the fight to go anywhere, otherwise you'll be unsuccessful and nearly get yourself killed.
Unfortunately, as of now, there is a small bug where you lose no matter what. I've discussed this with the other people who play this, but that seems to be the overall idea of the situation.
