Yep, beside the art being from VivziePop herself, she also stated so during a stream (though I can't remember which one right now) and the wiki also lists it as one of his abilities: hazbinhotel.fandom.com/wiki/Sir_Pentious

Nope, some of the powers listed on the wiki are just stuff confirmed by the creators as things he can do, but not yet shown, like his poison bite

Nah, he crawls out of the hole in the after-credits. Demons can't be killed except by angelic weapons, despite the fact that the song that plays in the scene is called "Sir Pentious Fucking Dies"™.

Yeah, the wiki even mentions that Sir Pentious was supposed to be a one-shot villain for the pilot, but he was popular enough to be upgraded to a recurring villain if the series continues. So I can only rightfully assume the plot about Charlie's attempt to redeem demons to save them from the annual purge is just a decoy, and the actual story is about Pentious turning the titular hotel into his harem and whorehouse
