Found this at R34 and I believe this is the one where Sheldon puts attachments or " Upgrades " on Jenny but if she sees a bulg or balls she gets excited and wants to " Have Sexual Intercourse with You " (making her mind controlled p.s she even tried friend zoning sheldon after he told her he added new things to her LOL!) . I don't remember the artist's name as Rule 34 didn't provide me much detail sorry!

Artist's name is FLBL , and this is image in particular is part of a comic they made called "Xj9 Porn Comic", where Sheldon reworks Jenny into a nymphomaniac (and as such, would qualify as Mind Control), and even gives her the ability to control the size of her breasts as well as extend and retract a robo-dick (which is being used as the plot hook for the currently ongoing part two. Both comics are on e-hentai, if you want to know where to look to be able to upload the other images in the series.)

It's definitely a result of her consciousness being altered, but I'm not sure if it's technically "Mind Control"... she asks him to give her genitals and a sex drive, and the results end up being stronger than Sheldon seems to have expected or intended. I don't think he actually reprogrammed her, just gave her the ability to feel sexual pleasure, and the new sensations wound up being overwhelming.

All that aside, she's still been altered in a way that makes her enthusiastically nymphomaniacal, so I think the image fits in on this site. Besides, I'm definitely into people getting consensually nympho'd up, and this image has been a favorite of mine for a while now.
