She's a Final Fantasty 6 enemy that uses charm spells in-game.

She got big, alongside the Pollensalta trio, about 10 years ago when Ricobanderas was still active and supporting mind controlling monster girl content.

I think it was a guy who went by Rico Banderes... I remember being in two of his yahoo groups. Was a pretty decent guy.

yahoo groups went offline so i feel like alot of it is now gone I tried to save what I could but it was alot of work with how stupid the gallery was.

ah, and now that i look her up, she's a lot less powerful when you learn you can shut her down instantly with a single rasp. not kidding, she dies when she runs out of her 198 mp.
