This is a screenshot from an indie horror visual novel called "Grotesque Beauty", which is about two girls trapped in a house with a curse painting. And this is from one of the bad paths where your friend is corrupted by the monster and made into a submissive slave.

For those who might be interested in the game, keep in mind it's a horror game. A horror game inspired by the works of Junji Ito, so brace yourself for freaky monsters, gore, and lots of bad endings.
