Considering how you can recruit nearly every single playable female character into your class except Rhea and Edelgard what house you picked kinda does not really matter much. Though Hilda requires one to be in the silver snow route if they want her while leading the Black Eagles (but then you do not get Edelgard who is the top class waifu).

Actually you can get her in Crimson Flower. You just need to defeat and spare Claude first.
