Ya know, that eye effect is so weird...but I can't bring myself to dislike it. It has its own sort of appeal, I guess.

I took the bleeding as a weak glow effect, though I suppose it could have just been an error due to rush.

To me it almost looks like she has cataracts plus tapetum lucidum (reflective surface under the retina that enhances night vision, like in dogs and cats and possums and shit.)
