Sure, but mlp is more girl_horse than horse_girl, don't you think? I mean, you wouldn't call Kaa a naga, or the live-action (cgi) Kaa a snake girl. Just a talking snake.
Now, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with this manip, it's not bad for what it is. All In saying is there should be a talking_feral tag, or something similar.

Yeah I can agree with that. I think at the moment though it's the closest we've got as like you say we don't have a horse_girl or talking_feral tag yet
