protip: The Japanese version of this episode had smoother animation during the scenes where "sleep waves" appeared. After the scare caused by the Porygon episode, these scenes were edited overseas and had every other frame removed, resulting in a choppier framerate. For the purposes of making a gif, it would have been better to use the smoother original version.

Huh... I always thought it was a stylistic choice or something. The more you know.

I searched all night for the smoother version of the scene without results... if somebody could help me with the source that would be awesome :D
