Haven't watched Demon Slayer, but this girl was turned into a demon in an attack that killed her family. And that's just in her mouth. Don't really know much else, other than she lives in a box that her older (non-demonified) brother carries on his back until the plot needs her, upon which moment she leaves the box.

In canon, Nezuko was hypnotized while asleep to view all humans as her family, as well as to never hurt them.
