This image doesn't seem to have anything to do with the image that's apparently its parent, other than being from the same artist and based on the same property. No characters in common, no sign of a shared control method or any other kind of "plot" connection. Is there some exterior context I'm not aware of?

If you look at the mind break tab you'll see many such images, in the end of the day if you are manipulating someone's mind, whether through magic, hypnosis, or drugs, you qualify. I think also breaking a mind is simply manipulating one too strongly wally here needs to work on his dosage or find a new composition for his serum
My main problem is that this image also has wally looking like he normally did, and he canonically is a younger kid than you are, so shouldn't this be tagged shota?
Wally and May look older here? (or maybe just taller?) So i think this could avoid that tag (and subsequent removal). But thats up for the mods to decide.
