Can someone please either confirm or deny that this qualifies as loli? I mean, she's clearly a teenager, and she's got a small chest... But I apparently can't tag a pic as loli without being wrong and getting in trouble. :(

I don't take issue with you nor anyone else asking if certain pics count as loli/shota. If a user's unsure about it, by all means, ask so that we can tag it appropriately.

What has been an issue is the way you've gone about it, as far as making very general assumptions about what counts as loli and how the site's rules work.

In the case of this image, I don't think this would count as loli, so not going to add the tag.
