Okay... I don't get this at all. Recently there are a lot of pictures with sailor moon looking in some direction. Is this some new episode or meme? Why did it suddenly pop up?

It's the new "twitter challenge" where you take this specific scene from sailor moon and redraw it, in their own style. Lots of mangakas have participated in it and it's also led to some pretty great images.
