Not terribly sure what it says about me, but when I saw the small version of this I immediately thought of that one character from the Pixar short with the snowman. Then I saw the big version and still thought of that character.

From what I can tell, this is actually directly based off that character, who within the canon of the short (titled Knick Knack) was named Sunny Miami. Sunny has garnered a kind of resurgence within some porn circles because she can appeal to both transformation and bimbofication kinks. With the bonus that her trademark sunglasses and wide smile can be paired with multiple character designs.
