I haven't taken the time to go through all these manips to see if they meet our quality standards, and don't have the time to right now. Maybe I'll let Vanndril do the moderating this time.

I really like this one. The conversation is teasing and comfortable. It tells you a little about their relationship without spelling it out with narration. Not only is the fact she's more or less perfectly aware of the situation (i.e. the mind control) radically different from most subs in most manips, her reaction to it is different too. She seems annoyed, but like she expected it, maybe even wanted it a little.

This is pretty well-written, in my opinion. I don't know why this manip is the one that gets the "shitty manip awareness day" comment. Is it because the only thing in the actual picture that's changed is the eyes?

Pretty much my thoughts as well. I wouldn't mind seeing more of these kind of situations in manips.

Yeah it's not really "shitty". It could definitely could be done better but it's not the among the worst out there.
