This was done for MindMasher. The girl has been seen in other pics here on Hypnohub, and MindMasher has now named her "Roxy." Roxy is a thief who just can't keep her hands to herself, and who might end up in some odd, and naked, situations, when checking out some strange hypnotic artifacts and ignoring signs like "This Side Up."

They aren't, they're pulled in the same direction as the hair. I thought that was obvious, but then I drew it, so...

It wasn't obvious, actually. That's not what breasts do when you're upside down. They don't do that bulge at the "bottom" (as in the part towards the feet), because that's caused by gravity. They're pulled down, like this:
