I add the "-bbm" and "-dilf" tag-removals to all my e-hentai searches now, in order to pre-emptively filter out the majority of samey "ugly guy rapes hot girl who snubbed him" doujin.

Because it's the simplest form of hypno-porn to write. The "can't get a girlfriend so I'll hypnotize me one" is very easy to write and "ugly af" is the easiest explanation to as why the mc can't get a gf.
