I have a headcanon. Female Gardevoir are capable of trinary reproduction, using the semen of a male after it's been ejaculated into another female. Either a psychically dominant male will form a harem of controlled females to participate in normal binary reproduction, or a psychically dominant female will choose a male mate and control a harem of females to participate in trinary reproduction with her and the chosen mate. Basically, if you're a human and you fuck your Gardevoir, she WILL try to build you a harem.

Not quite. Gardevoir is already in a sexual relationship with her master, she's just shy and demure about it. Instincts told her to enslave Lopunny to bring her into the relationship; Lopunny is a LOT more forward about it than she is.
