Oh, BTW, on some new manips, I'm testing a new way of doing eyes.

This is new way number 2:

This one is human.

Just playing around with shading over eyes, keeping the color, but removing lighting more so its more realistic looking, but with empty eyes. Thoughts?

...Anyway, yeah. That's basically what I do. I try to empty the eyes by removing the light-reflective bits while preserving (lol, just almost typed this as perversing) the shading if at all possible. And the fade-out of the little lighter-colored crescent shape at the bottom of most eyes, too.

Keep trying to improve on that new way of yours, Bull3t.

Thanks mate, will do.

It takes much more time, but it looks kinda better.

So it kinda comes down to something:

More images in less time leading to possible slight errors.

Less images in more time leading to better quality.

Seriously, if I like hold off an image for like a day for me to see the image like its a new one to me, I get to see what's wrong.

Also, I should learn to start using layers, and saving things as .xcf incase I need too.

I made it a habit to not post my manips right after I make them. I seem to notice errors after I leave one sit for a day, too. And here I thought it was just me. ;)

I do the same thing with my things. It's like my eyes get numb by the end.
