No text this time around. On a related note, what manner of story do you see in this image? Just curious.
My version (spoilers in an effort to avoid influencing other people's opinion)

The manager of a red light district establisment gives the girls a brief head massage before their shift, along with a pep talk to help them get into character. Besides that, the employee of the month gets special private sessions with the manager weekly...

wow, her expression here really lends itself to the situation.

as far as headcanons tho, i feel largely the same, although i like to imagine that this girl in particular was resisting her assimilation, and the nail that sticks out gets hammered down. o;

I could easily see her being drugged by a 'special client' and him gently rotating her head as it kicks in, turning her into his mindless plaything.

That's actually what I was thinking...ish. I thought she was coming out of the trance and he was like gently "shaking" her back into the trance. You know?
