I don't know what "Harem Mate (Illusion)" is, but I'm assuming it's the actual, specific program this was made with. However, since it is nearly indistinguishable from 3DCG work, why bother changing it? I think that the tag should be changed back, as it is similar to the way the "poser" tag is currently used, unless some change is made to the way modeling program works are tagged.

I tried my hand at translating this since I can read it, but my translating abilities are in all likelihood subpar. Nevertheless, I've ended up with something I'm fairly certain makes sense.
