Since the original pic is flagged for no MC, I have come to save the day and added an eye effect to hopefully imply more MC than the last one and save this pic~

Okay really someone doesn't see the clear MC? If the empty eyes were not considered MC then at least the fact Twilight's horn is lit as well should help.

I am not the one who flagged this, but the rules do state.
Solid-Color Empty Eye Manips
Manips that include empty eyes must have some sort of gradient or pattern to the eyes. Taking a flat color and painting it in over the eyes without some sort of shading is not permitted due to poor quality and inherent lazy manipping. Check out this image or the empty_eyes tag to see what is generally acceptable.

Okay IDK anything about the flag since at the point I'm making this comment the flag is gone and no other flags are here, but this clearly isn't a solid color eye manip. A solid eye manip would show the entire eye be one solid color, like if I just used a paint bucket tool to fill the entire eye and called it a day, however that is clearly not what happened. I added a glow effect to the eyes and that is allowed. Yes, there may not be gradient, but how or why exactly does one put a gradient on what's supposed to be a glowing effect? Not to mention, the eyes do have other designs outside of the color or the glow. As a reference check other posts that have both glowing_eyes and manip tags and you'll see this is similar to some of those pics.
