This reminds me of the Junji Ito manga with the noose balloon heads.
I understand how odd that is, but it just does. Might be the angle of the image, the mysterious and sinister floating entities above, and so on.

Honestly it reminds me of Junji Ito too, though it reminds me of Uzumaki and not the balloon head one. I think it's a combination of the angle, the art style, the setting, and the mysterious figures.
