Sorry, I can't claim credit for this idea =^^;= It's Master's as well...! There's a version with dull eyes as well as spiral eyes in the pixiv image/link! Um. So there's that!
I guess... I'll just post the description I posted on pixiv ._.;;

Pixiv Description:
It's been a long day of causing Despair, and Mukuro was ready to do another "job" that her sister had for her. But, instead, there was a new "task". A message that was sent from Junko to Mukuro's device. A hypnotic message from Junko to her dear older sister, Mukuro. Despair would corrupt her, now, in a way that would tick off all of the things about Mukuro that were needed to cause a new Despair.

-- Now, what if, after all the slaughter, the one other person that meant ANYTHING to Mukuro entered: Makoto.

And now with the "new and improved" Mukuro in play, Makoto would see this as he entered the blood classroom.

"What do you think of me now?" she wonders to her "special classmate".



Oh! The... made up device there that sent the message? It has a spiral and the words "DESPAIR" and "OBEY" on it... imagine that it used to show "THE VIDEO" that sends those into corrupted Despair before flickering to that!

I don't know if your comment is joking or not, but I don't see what of the above implies an actual snuff fetish...

I believe the focus is more about corrupting Mukuro via her device anyways, not killing people and getting killed. So, yeah...
