should I point out the obvious plot hole of a telepath/wizard just blindly accepting a "gift" without scanning the mind of said gift giver or even divining if the item is magical or cursed before being an idiot and just putting it on right there, or not?

I actually understand this post. The two personas are on the right, with a short ‘story’ to provide narrative on the left. Definitely takes some time to understand, but it does make some sense.
