Technically, Aile is a cyborg. All humans have cybernetic parts in them that extend their lives and all Reploids have their lives set to a certain point by the goverment to be more equal to humans.

More or less. I think the Reploid ages are roughly set to 200 years or so. The same amount most humanoids(cyborgs) tend to die at.
