That's a pretty lame excuse. This entire site's purpose is about drawings. If you're gonna pull the "it's just a drawing card" in any situation here, you might as well concede you don't really have an argument.
I'm kind of inclined to agree with him, anyway. There's no mind control, because there's no mind TO control. Otherwise we can just post literally every petrification and TF picture on Deviantart here, as well as every ηΆζ ε€ε image on Pixiv. It's the same thing, and this picture pool gives no additional indication through text or otherwise of any extra mind shenanigans. As much as I love it, and a lot of the stuff Fan no Hitori does, it's not really for this site.
Guys, I'm done giving out warnings. I don't understand why some of ya get so riled up over something thats presumably not MC. Sometimes we post stuff thinking it is, and in some cases it may as well not be. I have no issue with pointing it out in the comments, but as I (and Penken) said, ya need to chill. There's absolutely no need to be TYPING LIKE THIS TO SAY ITS NOT MC.
Italics, bold and underline are great tools to NOT TYPE LIKE YOURE YELLING.

Would the amputee tag be appropriate for this pic? I mean it was in the earlier parts, so would that be viable here?
