I saw that this got uploaded a few days ago in Japanese, and someone had added translated notes. So I pumped up the image's resolution and cleaned up the jpeg noise in waifu2x, then typeset the English into the image.
I also found an alternate version of the comic with Anzu having different hypno eyes on the artist's site, so I used that version of those panels. You can find both versions at the source link.
