I like the concept, but the censorship is odd.... also without an explaination, we have no idea if a) this is a world where all girls [or even just haruhi] have penises or are hermaphrodites, b) she has been specifically changed into a futa, or c) she only believes she has a penis due to being under MC [if there's a 2nd image with her holding a dildo or any random oblong object, it would be amazing]
