I gotta say “Therapist” and still small enough to classify, “Stage_hypnosis”. I really like the scenarios where hypnosis is kinda “not out of place” so to speak, and I’m impressed how relatively little this tags are represented.

If I had to pick an infrequently used tag I like, it would be "wedgie".

Having your thrall passively submit to getting a wedgie, or giving themselves a wedgie, is a great way to flex how much control you have over them.

Plus, wedgies can turn a pair of boring granny-panties into a thong.

Here's a few more, all involving body parts:
--"Chin_hold" is something holding (usually the sub's) chin. Can be a flexible tail, a hand, etc. I like when the chin hold is keeping the sub's attention on the hypnotic focus.
--"Autofellatio" and "autopaizuri" are when a person gives themself fellatio or a titjob, respectively. The latter is basically exclusive to futanari characters.
--"Licking_lips" is usually a dom licking their lips, in anticipation of vore or other tantalizing activities.
--"Lip_biting" is a character biting their own lip, also usually in anticipation.
--"Foot_pendulum" and "penis_pendulum" are a pendulum hanging from a foot or penis. It's a nice way to combine a hypnotic body part/focus with the more traditional pendulum focus.
