In case you want some more customization, here are counters updated to match the current background color and while I was at it I threw in a large and small logo banner. Feel free to use it to make the booru feel more customized until you have something better.

My two cents, but I rather like the new animated counters...

Not going to hurt my feelings if you keep them as they are. More time was put into the default ones than my set, that's for sure. And I doubt I'll take the time to make mine animated in the near future :).

I never got the chance. Between showing up late and you going to bed, we were pretty much always talking about something. XD

I like the animated counters too, but they do seem completely unrelated to our site. :P I figure we'll probably use the counter from this thread for now, once I get around to talking to Mindwipe about it. :P

As far as the banners go...what's with the terribly-visible jagged white shredded borders? Those'll stick out like a sore thumb on this background. ;)

Sorry to not do better testing on things, I just kind of throw it together when I have a little spare time. I was trying to cut down on the file size and backed down to a lower quality transparency without realizing. File sizes are much larger, but these should work on nearly any background:
