I had a friend who needed to destress and just relax. I figured hypnosis was perfect for it (I often think of it like deep meditation).

Anyways, we used some kind of low light level lamp. It was kind of like a lava lamp? I spent like 15-30 minutes on an induction and then like 15 minutes on actually relaxing.

I made a script for it so I could read it calmly. I’ll see if I can find it.

Anyways, she said it worked and she felt a lot better after but you never really know if they’re just being nice to you.

I have experience being the hypnotist. I've been fortunate to have a few romantic partners who let me put them under. It's pretty awesome.

I do have experience on the hypnotist side. My current and long-term GF was coincidentally and conveniently also a hypnosis fetishist, so that worked out oddly well. We do hypnosis play at least once a week.

I've done most of the Neverside files and a few others I found on the internet, but that's really it. I'm not even that good at trance, lol.

My friend actually taught me some stuff. I'm nowhere near as good as he is though. I just copy a script he gave me, but it worked on me when I asked him to try it. I felt really nice.

I've only been hypnotized online. There's a hypnotherapy center on the outskirts of town around here, but I'd never go to it.
