Allow me to toot my own horn but I've written two Ghost In The Shell fics, complete with commissioned pictures for them. Both of which involve main protagonist Motoko Kusanagi hooking up with an AI that puts her under a spell in exchange for pleasures she's never experienced before.

The above cover a lot: series include stuff like Symphogear, BlazBlue, Fate, Final Fantasy, Danganronpa, Sword Art Online, MHA, Zelda, RWBY, and more. Content tends to favor transformation alongside mind control/hypnosis, but can also include MtF, bimbofication, monster girl TFs, corruption, feminization, robotification, and many others that are more niche. Good, I won't be off-topic...much.
So after replaying Saimin Yuugi, I saw that episode of Aikatsu Stars where a heroine frustrate a male by giving him a "rival chocolate" instead of a friend or lover chocolate.
This reminded me of rival stories and gave me an idea for a game (Saimin Rivals?) story:

A male idol also study side things, like being producer or agent or helper. As a method of relaxation and preparation, he also study hypnotism among other things.
As he get close to female idols, he help them, and get tempted to get closer.

The concept would be similar than Saimin Yuugi, it's SFW and sometimes little tricks at the start, but the main character is serious about helping and all.
But he eventually try to increase his importance toward the heroine in the current route (though never crossing the "real sex" line), also playing a rival game, while making they "feel like they lost" in competition even if external characters may say otherwise, thus making them go through the penalty game (note that this may have started before the hypnotism, just that now hypnosis and funny stuff are added).
And eventually, he may give them a suggestion as in when the girl is ready, she would give herself (details may depend on the heroine) if she win, and at that time, she can do better than ever and truly feel like she's winning (past hypnotism experiences may make her really "feel" positivity in many ways), and finally, they end up together, in bed and on the scene as a unit.
...
Then once all routes are completed, there would be the harem ending, where the protagonist made a super unit with all heroines called "Hype No Harem", officially to say the objective of the unit wasn't to make a harem, but really to unite idols that could produce "hype", but of course, the reality is to show off the "Hypno Harem", but it's so obvious nobody would thing that's really what it is.

Now that I read the above posts, I guess I'm the first to really give a scenario like that, instead of sharing existing stuff.
Feel free to use my idea, I know I would have regrets no matter how it's implemented, so may as well ignore that minor detail and do whatever.

"Witless", featuring Jasnah Kholin and Wit from the Stormlight Archive.

It's masterfully done and feels in spirit to the source material, a great consensual brain drain story to help the overworked Jasnah finally release control and worry. Heavy spoilers for Book 4 and if you don't follow the series, you'll be lost on a LOT of things the fic doesn't go into detail describing, but a great read all the same, better for knowing the background.

It's based on Street Fighter II V when Vega hypnotizes Chun-Li, but in this fic Bison is the one who hypnotizes her to offer her to Vega. It gets pretty steamy, and I think they got Vega's wicked personality down really well! The last scenes where Chun-Li is his bride are cute and romantic and a dark, twisted way that I love. Wish there was more pics and fics with these two! They make such a hot couple!

Twilight discovers a mysterious charm in a book from the Castle of the Two Sisters. With it, she discovers she can brainwash ponies. It's a slippery slope as she discovers her own sexuality and fetish for controlling others. At the halfway point, the story gets really interesting regarding the origin of the mysterious charm and an eventual confrontation with the charm's creator.

The ponies are anthropomorphic. The story itself is complete and has a sequel still being added to at odd intervals, "Friendship is Mind Control: Consequences".
