I would say no at first galnce. It definitely seems to be leaning more in the direction of bondage than hypnosis but we should definitely wait to see what a mod says.

As a rule of thumb, to pass the "no hypno" filter, it has to be so obviously hypno that it's difficult to argue *against* it being hypno.

There's an alt piece with text that pretty much confirms no hypno. They're just being held in bondage and forced to endure each other's smell after being trapped for days.

I only really asked because of the "red room" caption and thought it was connected to Black Widow.
