Sadly, no. Demencia is the only woman we see her use her powers on but it didn't work. Bit of a shame, since yeah there are PLENTY of women under her spell in the background.

In Miss Heed instagram you can see other female villains hypnotized. The most clear is Miss Valdoom

Many times it's difficult to realize it because when Miss Heed takes the photos for her instagram, she tries to hide that she wins the fights with mind control and not fighting. Here we don't see Chimera's eyes but we do the snake and goat eyes, clearly hypnotized.

I know it's a shame we can't see it clearly but it makes sense both within the plot and the creators strategy. The authors want the fandom to discover most of the lore through the analysis of the clues they have put on the internet, the cartoon and the short films they made years ago. Through Instagram we see how she conspires to gain fame as a superhero mindcontroling heros and villains (that she pretends to make believe that they are her allies of their own free will) while preparing the distribution of her hypnotic perfume: Suivez Moi.

If your want to see a secret file about Miss Head you need to join three pieces. Two are hidden in the cartoon and fot the other you need to crack a web. It's much more fun this way. Everyone contributes with what they have found and with their theories: Is Miss Heed part of "Podemos bailar"? Is she the agent Magician?
