Blacklist not working

A weird glitch is happening to me. My tag blacklist will not work as intended. Only the default tags will eork unless I whitelist one of the defaults. Is there a fix for this? I already tried logging out and in again. In fact, this issue started after I logged back out and in again to fix another issue where no posts would appear.

I recall too many black listed things causing issues for others in the past.

If you have upwards of 200 tags blacklisted (I think the actual number is around 175?), the blacklist stops working entirely.
