You can use a machine translator program, of course, the text will be google translator tier so sometimes you'll need to interpret what they're saying.

They are working on translating the rest but they seem to be short staffed so it's taken them a while.

I think it's better to rely on machine translation.
I remember at some points they talk about historic books and stuff, that alone could slow down any translation project by decades lol.
With machine-translation, you can just decide for yourself to ignore stuff and hope it come back to simpler things quickly, but a full translation project can't really afford to do that I suppose.

If you're interested in a machine translation, I use a combination of Textractor, which uses Google Translate i think? and Sugoi-Japanese-Translator, for DeepL. With both translators going + my minor knowledge of JP, I can roughly figure out what is happening well enough.
