You know how for hypno screen gifs/vids sometimes words flash across the screen, like: 'obey' or 'submit'? What are you personal favorite ones that make you sink or just find hot?

Personally I like when its a rhyme like: "submit, obey, don't look away"

"Be mine."

And similar

Tbh the last part is a tongue twister alone.

Rhymes are really good indeed!
Personally i especially like text that's affirmations more than orders. Also text that forces the viewer to watch more, or to not want to stop watching, stuff like "You're addicted to this" or "You can't help but keep looking"

"Let the words deep into your mind."
"You enjoy following instructions."

Short and sweet tends to be my preference. "Obey" might be cliche, but it works for me.

Other than that, things that are meant to put the target at ease are usually my favorite.
