Blacklist not working

For the past week or two, my blacklist has either a. blocked out everything on a page(Which that's not the case, cause not even the blacklisted stuff shows) or b. Not blacklist anything so everything, even stuff I KNOW is on my blacklist, shows up.

Anyone know what's going on?

Anyone know what's going on?

If you have too many things blacklisted (I believe somewhere over a hundred), the blacklist stops working. If that's not your issue, I'm afraid I don't know what could be causing it.
