I *do* visit the forums often enough, and *I* didn't know. An image post on the actual hub would've been greatly appreciated. That's not to be ungracious, tho; I appreciate that the mods have likely been under a LOT of strain here 'n' prolly didn't have time to think every last thing through.

Email is for account recovery only, we would not contact people about a site like this, that would be a breach of privacy, the forum is the way to get updates.

There used to be newsposts on the main site space to alert people about major changes and events. Why was this not done in this case?
I dislike the new change, can we please for the love of god get the old ui as an option, please?
